 Marion Cobbold  Dipl. I.T.E.C, C.T.h.A, MLDuk, IIST    

Marion was born in Kenya, raised and educated in Libya and Germany. She moved to England in 1995.

Marion started her training in 1996 and over the years she studied a variety of Complementary Therapies in Germany, England and Egypt.

Marion specialises in Sports Massage Therapy / Deep Tissue Massage using advanced  techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Hot Roll, Mayofascial Release, Vertical Reflex Therapy, Dorn Spinal Re-alignment etc. She incorporates her knowledge and experienced gained into a very individual and person centered treatment.

Over the years Marion gained a lot of practical experience treating patients in palliative care at St Elisabeth Hospice, Ipswich - the elderly at Maynell House in Felixstowe and MS sufferers at Sue Ryder's 5R Support Group.

She enhanced her knowledge extensively treating players at Ipswich YM Rugby Union, Martlesham Squash Club and and cyclists during their CCF time trials. She supported Triathlons and Iron Man participants during their extensive training routine, treated athletes at the London Marathon 2004 and worked with Karate Black Belts and swimmers.

Marion runs a busy, professional Sports Massage & Lymphoedema Clinic in Melton, Woodbridge and holds further clinics in Ipswich and Felixstowe. She works in conjunction with physiotherapists, chiropracticers and osteopaths in the area and offers pre and post event treatments during training sessions and games.

Marion is a full member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA), Manual Lymph Drainage UK (MLDuk), British Lymphology Society (MBLS) International Council of Health, Fitness and Sports Therapies (IIST), International Nordic Walking Association (INWA), Fit Pro and an affiliated Member to the Sports Massage Association (SMA).

Marion holds regular Nordic Walking Classes promoting general health and well being. Focusing on correct foot and body movement, rehabilitation, weight loss and for the treatment of lymphoedema.

Camilla Keytes Pilates & Matwork Instructor

Camilla trained with the Pilates Foundation in London one of the best training centres in the UK. She specialises in small classes which enables her to give individual attention to her clients. Camilla's backround is dance which she studies for a number of years in London. After qualifying as a Pilates Instructor, she has been teaching classes in the Woodbridge area for a number of years.

Nicky is an experienced Pilates Matwork and Applicator Instructor and has been holding small classes and one to one sessions for many years.

Rachel Duncombe MCSP, BSc, MSc MMACP

Physiotherapy

Having graduated as a physiotherapist from Manchester University in 1991, Rachel has worked as a orthopaedic musculo-skeletal physio within the NHS for twelve years. In 2004 Rachel completed her Masters degree in manual therapy. She attained membership to the MACP, a nationally recognised specialist group of manual physiotherapists. Whilst at Ipswich Hospital, Rachel was also heavily involved in the training and examining of undergraduate physiotherapists. Rachel has since been working within the private sector and continues to maintain close links with the NHS.

 Lorraine Wildbore Dip. Prog. K, RNANM, KFRP

Kinesiology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage

Lorraine qualified as a kinesiologist in January 2003, she holds a diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and completed additional courses in Nutrition, Interpersonal Skills, Indian Head Massage and Reiki I & II.  

Lorraine believes kinesiology is an excellent tool for interpreting information from the body. She is particularly interested in nutrition and believes that essential nutrients found in a healthy diet can have many positive benefits on our health.
