Cancellation/Re-scheduling Appointments

A minimum of 24 hours is required to re-schedule or cancel an appointment.  Please telephone as early as you possibly can.  Failure to comply with the above terms may result in you being charged for your missed appointment.


Your Therapist is a member of the Complementary Therapists' Association and, as such, is bound by a strict Code of Practice (you may see a copy of this document before undertaking any treatment if you wish).


All client information is taken in the strictest confidence and will not be divulged to any third party without written consent of the client.


Any person under 16 years of age must provide written consent from a parent/legal guardian (the parent/legal guardian may attend for the duration of the treatment if they wish).


Your Therapist reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatments if they cannot proceed for medical reasons.  Clients will be asked to sign a disclaimer if they wish to proceed with treatment without their GP's consent.

Payment Terms

We accept cash and cheques (with a valid cheque guarantee card) only.  We do not accept credit card payments at present.

Courses, Pamper Packages and Gift Vouchers must be paid for in advance.
