              Pilates at Decoy Farm from September 2008

Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for mind and body, it improves strength, flexibility and overall mobility. It helps to restore body balance enhancing posture and movement. Even for the sports enthusiast, Pilates can help improve your game by improving your core stability.

         Classes are held by Camilla Keates - Member of the Pilates Foundation

The Pilates Foundation offers one of the most comprehensive and therefore indepth Pilates training in the UK.

Camilla's classes are small but individual (with max 6 people in each class). Pilates equipment is used to aid with some of the exercises.
